How long do the batteries last?
The batteries last approximately 3 years in normal use. Cue takes care of battery replacements for your restaurant whenever needed.
How should the buttons be cleaned?
The button is splash-proof (IP44), so normal wiping should not affect its functionality. However cleaning liquids should not be allowed to enter the button, as reaching the internal electronics could cause damage.
