- Guests can effortlessly order additional drinks or dishes, lowering the barrier for incremental orders
- When unnecessary waiting disappears, guests often have time for additional courses or dessert
- Immediate post-course ordering increases the likelihood of meaningful add-on sales
Small improvements in service timing can translate into meaningful revenue growth.
Staff efficiency and restaurant capacity
Cue helps staff focus attention exactly where service is needed, reducing unnecessary workload and improving operational flow.
- Less room scanning, fewer unnecessary table checks, and less walking across the dining room
- Staff can focus on real service tasks instead of searching for where they are needed
- Restaurants can operate more efficiently even with limited staff
More efficient table turnover - allowing additional courses or freeing tables sooner for new guests.

Where can we get help if any issues arise?
Our support team will assist you free of charge to the best of our ability. For any questions or issues, please contact us at contact@usecue.fi.
How long do the batteries last?
The batteries last approximately 3 years in normal use and are easy to replace. The battery type is CR2032, which is widely available in stores, and a new battery typically costs around EUR 1.
How should the buttons be cleaned?
The button is splash-proof (IP44), so normal wiping should not affect its functionality. However cleaning liquids should not be allowed to enter the button, as reaching the internal electronics could cause damage.
